                               　　月鹅（林奕岚 饰）渴望找到命中注定的“阿德利企鹅”，并与他一起到南极研究。她努力成为教授刘美莲的研究助理，但因母亲的船难，令她对海水产生了深深的恐惧。一次偶然，她遇见了穿着企鹅装的何德利（詹怀云 饰），他让月鹅相信他是她的真爱。何德利耐心帮助她克服恐惧，然而他对感情却相当随意。尽管月鹅深受吸引，但 当她的爱情逐渐升温时，她却面临出国留学与守护爱情的两难选择。如果何德利真是她的命中注定，为什么会如此艰难？月鹅该如何决定？
