　　越狱逃跑的“女蝎子”松岛奈美（梶芽衣子 饰）被刑警儿玉武志（細川俊之 饰）再次抓获，警车返回监狱途中遭遇车祸，奈美再次脱逃。由于车祸中受伤，她躲入一家午夜电影院，并在此邂逅了照明师工藤安男（田村正和 饰）。工藤曾是一名激进的学运成员，当年他的脚为粗暴的儿玉刑警所伤，因此对警察存有很强的敌意。两个失落之人同病相怜，渐渐产生了感情。
　　工藤的情人（渡辺やよい 饰）出于嫉妒向儿玉告密，导致工藤遭到严酷审问。被释放后的工藤和奈美联合向儿玉展开报复，“警匪”争斗逐渐升级。最终儿玉通过阴险手段将奈美抓获，随即将其投入死刑犯格间。但这个倔强的女人从未停止她的抗争……
