刘浪，一位在高中复读三年的坚毅学子。临近高考，被无端诬陷考试作弊，面对这飞来横祸，他本可据理力争，洗刷冤屈。然而，考虑到父亲一直以来对自己复读的不理解，家庭经济的沉重负担，以及父母日益增多的白发与疲惫，他毅然决然地选择主动退学，将家庭责任扛在自己稚嫩的肩头。随后，刘浪与好友老瘦、小弟三人奔赴广东，开启打工创世界的征程。

An old woman, Filomena, is hurried into the emergency room. The young man, who brought her, Matias, is very nervous. The nurses were drawn to him as he’s very good-looking.
